Edulis Usage Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which the educational material provided within Edulis, including the ULIS toolkit (Edukit), may be used. It is designed to ensure that all materials are handled in accordance with applicable copyright and licensing restrictions, to protect the integrity of the content, and to safeguard the interests of ULIS and its stakeholders. The policy aims to support a shared understanding of allowed uses, restrictions on redistribution, and requirements for proper citing and attribution, in line with ULIS' commitment to supporting sports integrity through informed and responsible access.
Scope
This policy applies to all users, members, partners, and other stakeholders within the ULIS network who have established cooperation agreements with ULIS. It further governs any interactions with Edulis and the ULIS Edukit educational material by any parties involved in the ULIS network.
Policy Guidelines and Requirements
1. Authorized Use and Access
Exclusive Download and Usage Rights: The ULIS toolkit educational material can only be downloaded and used by organizations that are part of the ULIS network. The ULIS network includes ULIS members and organizations that have signed cooperation agreements with ULIS. Material from the toolkit must not be accessed, downloaded, shared, or redistributed by any person or organization outside of this designated ULIS network.
2. Copyright and Licensing Restrictions
All educational materials within the ULIS toolkit are subject to copyright laws and may also be licensed under specific terms and conditions. Users must comply with the stipulated terms and conditions provided alongside the material.
Users must verify the licensing terms associated with each material before use.
3. Limitations on Downloads and Prints
Users are permitted to make copies of materials only as necessary for educational purposes. Mass reproduction or distribution of materials without explicit permission is prohibited.
Downloads and prints should not exceed a reasonable quantity that reflects the educational intent.
The educational material cannot be used for commercial purposes
Modification Limits: Any attempt to alter, remove, or overlay copyright notices without proper authorization is strictly forbidden.
Users can customize the toolkit educational material only according to the toolkit guidelines
4. Citing and Attributing Original Authors or Creators
Users are required to provide appropriate citation and attribution to ULIS and/or Edulis.
Definitions of Relevant Terms
Educational Materials: Any content provided within Edulis and the ULIS toolkit, including but not limited to presentations, videos, images, insight summaries, and infographics.
Edulis: ULIS Educational Program
Edukit: A series of toolkits designed to educate and create awareness on issues of betting and sports integrity. Each kit is composed by a presentation, video, image cards, insight summery.
Compliance Requirements and Consequences of Non-compliance

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Access Revocation: Any violation of this policy may result in immediate restriction or termination of access privileges to the ULIS toolkit educational material.
Legal Action: Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted or licensed materials may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.
All users are expected to comply with this policy. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to the revocation of access to the ULIS toolkit materials, legal action for copyright infringement, or other measures deemed appropriate by ULIS.
Users found to be in violation of this policy may be required to cease the use of materials immediately and rectify any damages caused by non-compliance.
Disclaimers and Legal Considerations
ULIS disclaims all liability for any misuse of educational materials. ULIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the educational material.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of materials complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
ULIS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued access to the educational material constitutes acceptance of any changes.
