Taking Sports Integrity to the Next Level
Building on the success of last year's Integrity Seminar, ULIS, with the continuing support of the Olympic Movement's Unit on the Prevention of Competition Manipulation, will organize the 2024 edition of its integrity seminar.
The seminar will delve into the crucial aspects of combating competition manipulation, fostering a collaborative approach and new technology to take integrity to the next level. The focus will be on introducing new tools designed to enhance the capacity of lotteries in monitoring, education, and international collaboration.
ULIS is set to unveil its innovative one-stop-shop platform, equipped with new features to boost interactivity through cutting-edge monitoring technology. Simultaneously, the necessity for modern and tailored educational tools will be a central topic of discussion, as it is a vital resource for any stakeholder committed to integrity. From a collaborative standpoint, ULIS partners such as the IOC and UEFA will share insights from their recent experiences monitoring their major 2024 events, namely the Paris Olympic Games and EURO 2024. The event also aims to serve as a forum for discussing how to elevate monitoring activities to better equip intelligence and investigation responses to the alerts reported.
